Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon 1973 Solid Blue Prism First Pressing with two poster and one sticker as shown in photos. Very good overall condition Matrix and mother stamp: Side 1 - SHVL 804 A-2 stamped 7 at 9 o'clock and GGP at 3 o'clock, Side 2 - SHVL 804 B-2 stamped G at 9 o'clock and RL at 3 o'clockComes with the two original posters that were sold with the LP in 1973, the Pink Floyd poster is matt finished and the Pyramid poster has a slight gloss finish, that have rarely been opened till now, the one sticker shown is included. Comes with a black record sleeve which may not be original. The cover is closed at one end and I consider it to be in Very Good+ condition. Some wear and tear at the edges and corners can be seen and the inner double sided cover is very good plus. The vinyl has some marks and scuffs, and there is a scratch through track 4 on side 2, but it does play through with and audible nick. Otherwise plays very well, with a little noise on the dead wax and quiet sections, these lessen considerably when 'Dolby Mute' is applied. The record has been cleaned with wet wipes and was played on a Technics turntable using a new Technics P24 stylus. The vinyl LP has some marks and scuffs, but as said have very little effect on the overall play of the album. The overall vinyl condition of both I consider to be Very Good, based on that the vinyl looks clean with some surface marks and scuffs, the centre is clean and virtually some spindle marks (see photos). The records plays exceptionally well considering the scratch with a good depth of sound. I have tried to grade using the Record Collectors Grading, as below:Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.Good (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for.
