  Unfortunately this auction was wrecked, along with nearly all the others I had for sale at the time. The winning bidder was bogus (fake name, address etc) and bid on hundreds of similar records with no intention of paying. I didn't bother re-listing as it seems this is a common problem, so I still have it!

  I've seen this item only one other time. This is the original mix on the 'Heart of the Congo' LP and on the 'Black Art Hood' label. The more common original mix is on the 'Black Art' label with a beige color background and no hood. The cover does not have the painted yellow stripes down the side on this one. There is not much known about this particular release..

  This one's real killer! I'd never heard it before I saw this auction. Apparently it's on the Studio One Roots Vol. 1 compilation from Soul Jazz. I haven't heard of 'London Records' either..

  This album appears to be an original pressing of 'Cloak and Dagger' on the UPSETTER label (same style as original Super Ape). I was not aware that this pressing existed. The item is being sold in a 'Scratch - The Upsetter Again' sleeve. A very strange auction indeed, but potentially a good buy if the LP is as shown.

  the bidder i believe for this is a fake bidder with zero feedback..there are lots of them out there.no person in his right mind will pay such an amount for this LP..not worth even £50

  This album sold for ~$25 a few years ago: http://www.rootsvinylguide.com/ebay_items/24002. I've never really heard of this one before, but it seems that someone in the past got a really great deal, and someone who bought this record got a pretty poor deal.

  Rare, but essential Prince Jazzbo! Don't know too much about the Moon Rocks, but the riddim is killer as well as Jazzbo's toast. If 'Natty Pass Thru' (Ital Corner) leaves you hanging, then you need this one! The lower than usual price is most like to to all the awful WOL.

  This is a very reasonable price for an extremely rare, original pressing of a excellent Upsetter LP. Vin Gordon takes the lead on the trombone and puts out some killer tracks. The WOL for 'side 1' and 'side 2' presumably drops the price significantly? I could deal with that ;).

  Sadly, I don't believe that this is the true original pressing of 'The Wailing Wailers' album. The original actually is on the red Studio 1 label with a silver Studio 1 stamp. I believe that this is the real OG pressing: http://www.rootsvinylguide.com/ebay_items/282799. Is that correct?

  This exact same item was sold 4 months ago by the same seller. http://www.rootsvinylguide.com/ebay_items/238383. Did the buyer never pay, or was it returned to the owner? It seems like a pretty risky buy being that there's a crack in the record. However this track is a rare black ark killer!

  It's hard to find a bad issue on the Clappers label. This album in certainly no exception. The price is reasonable for the condition of this gem. I wouldn't rate it as highly as "Conquering Lion" or "Deliver Me From My Enemies", but if you like those then this won't disappoint.

  An essential Lee Perry dub masterpiece. Very rare to see it in this good condition. This is the original being that it has an orange cover and is on the Cactus label. The repress has a purple cover with the same graphic.

  This one's a killer. The price is a little higher than it's been selling for recently, but it's sold for more. Worth it for those killer harmonies and Black Ark cuts.
